The Senior Order of Merit event at Kooyonga was first played in 2013. In recent years the event has been combined into The Grange & Kooyonga Senior Open Amateur which is an Australian Senior ranking event. Round one of the event is played at The Grange Golf Club and round two is played at Kooyonga Golf Club. This event is open to male and female amateurs aged 55 years or older. Many prizes are awarded each year however the main prizes are awarded to the best aggregate gross scores and best aggregate nett scores in the senior & super senior divisions.
