{"id":32125,"date":"2023-01-18T13:30:34","date_gmt":"2023-01-18T03:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kooyongagolf.com.au\/cms\/?page_id=32125"},"modified":"2023-02-22T20:38:29","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T10:08:29","slug":"terms_conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.kooyongagolf.com.au\/cms\/terms_conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms &#038; Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"modal-ready\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>KOOYONGA GOLF CLUB &#8211; ONLINE BOOKING TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>THE KOOYONGA GOLF CLUB DOES NOT REFUND ONLINE PAYMENTS UNLESS THE COURSE IS OFFICIALLY <\/strong><strong>CLOSED OR FUNCTION IS CANCELLED (WHICHEVER APPLICABLE).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>BOOKING CONFIRMATION DETAILS<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Successful online bookings will receive an automatic confirmation via email.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>No further confirmation is required. <\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The internet booking system is directly linked to the reservation software, and the customer will only be contacted if a Kooyonga Golf Club staff member has a query regarding your booking. If a confirmation email is not received, the customer must check that the email entered is correct. Queries, questions or problems with the Kooyonga Golf Club Booking System please telephone (08) 8352 5444. The customer is required as proof of booking to provide the reference number or the credit card used to secure the booking at the time of registration to the reservations staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The Kooyonga Golf Club reserves the right to alter tee times and\/or function bookings without notice due to circumstances outside of the Kooyonga Golf Club\u2019s control. (e.g. lightning, course renovations, pandemics, etc).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The attendees will be responsible for any damage to the Club, premise or any property of the Kooyonga Golf Club. The Kooyonga Golf Club reserves the right to charge accordingly for any damage and is not liable for any loss of or damage to any property left on the premises during or after the visit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Members and guests are required to dress in the clubhouse in a manner which will uphold the prestige of the club. The Committee may deny any person not complying with the dress code access to the Club\u2019s facilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>GOLF BOOKING MODIFICATIONS<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bookings cannot be modified online. Modifications to tee times can be made by calling the Kooyonga Golf Shop on (08) 8443 6162 or sending a detailed email to <a href=\"mailto:golf@kooyongagolf.com.au\">golf@kooyongagolf.com.au<\/a> together with a copy of the original confirmation email. No guarantee can be given for the requested date\/time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Should the customer wish to cancel, modify or change their booking to an alternative time or date, contact must be made with the Kooyonga Golf Club a minimum of seven (7) days before the date of the reserved tee time and the customer must speak to the Golf Shop Manager, Golf Operations Assistant or delegated staff member on (08) 8443 6162 or email golf@kooyongagolf.com.au. If a modification or change is requested, the Golf Shop Manager will confirm availability of a new tee time date and time if possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Should the customer cancel or not be able to book a different tee time, 10% of the payment will be retained by the Club as a cancellation fee and a \u2018credit note\u2019 will be provided for the remaining fee. To redeem the \u2018credit\u2019 the customer is required to reschedule the tee times at a mutually agreed time within one year from the original booking date. Credit notes are issued for <strong>TEE TIMES ONLY<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Any booking cancelled within seven (7) days from the date of play, the full payment will be retained by the club as a cancellation fee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Should a player of a prepaid group tee time become unable to play, the player can be replaced by a different player however golf reservations must be advised within 48 hours of the tee time. Should 48 hours not be provided, the Kooyonga Golf Club reserves the right to refuse access to the course for this player.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">You must check in at the Kooyonga Golf Shop a minimum of 15 minutes before your tee time is due to start, should you not arrive and register with the Golf Shop team you may risk the cancellation of your tee time and no refund will be given.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The balance of a credit note must be used in full before the credit note expiry date, partial credits will not be re-issued.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The Kooyonga Golf Club reserves the right to remove customers from the course if the rules of the Kooyonga Golf Club have not been adhered to. These rules are consistent with the etiquette outlined by the R&amp;A in the rules of golf and are monitored by golf operations team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">All patrons utilising the Kooyonga Golf Club do so under the instruction of the golf operations team. Failure to adhere to instructions may result in removal from the golf course.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><u>No refunds will be given in the event that the customer is removed from the course. <\/u><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In the event that bookings are made in multiples and a player does not show, no refund will be given for the \u201cno show\u201d player.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>FUNCTION BOOKING MODIFICATIONS<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bookings cannot be modified online. Modifications to tee times can be made by calling the Kooyonga Administration team on (08) 8352 5444 or sending a detailed email to <a href=\"mailto:admin@kooyongagolf.com.au\">admin@kooyongagolf.com.au<\/a> together with a copy of the original confirmation email. No guarantee can be given for the request.
